Attorney Raymond P. Wendolowski is a practitioner with over thirty-two (32) years of experience handling complex legal matters. He is a 1981 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton and a 1984 cum laude, Order of the Coif, graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Mr. Wendolowski concentrates his practice in the areas of school law; real estate tax appeals, representing exclusively school districts; labor and employment litigation; commercial litigation; and the representation of clients in all facets of the construction industry including construction litigation. He has been a solicitor for the Wilkes-Barre Area School District since 2003 and currently represents the Wilkes-Barre Area School District; Hazleton Area School District; Wyoming Valley West School District; Crestwood School District; Scranton School District; Mid Valley School District; Riverside School District; Valley View School District; and Allentown School District in real estate tax appeal matters. He has over thirteen (13) years of experience in litigating school district initiated appeals and, as a result of those appeals, has raised millions of additional tax dollars for the districts he represents. He is a certified mediator in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and previously served on the Middle District’s Lawyers’ Advisory Committee.
Mr. Wendolowski practices in all of the courts of Eastern Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wendolowski has written and lectured on labor and employment law and construction litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association in conjunction with Kings College and Lorman Education Services
