Attorney Raymond P. Wendolowski to head new practice area.

Pennsylvania law firm Fellerman & Ciarimboli announced the addition of commercial and corporate law practice to the firm.

Spearheaded by attorney Raymond P. Wendolowski, the practice area will handle all aspects of commercial law, including: business formation, business contracts, employer/employee relations and business dispute resolution.

Attorney Wendolowski has more than 32 years of experience handling complex legal matters. His practice includes litigation in all practice areas but stresses litigation avoidance and dispute resolution strategies. Wendolowski has significant experience in the construction industry representing project owners, contractors and subcontractors. Wendolowski is a longtime school solicitor and has more than 13 years of experience in litigating school district initiated appeals, raising millions of additional tax dollars for the districts he represents.

Wendolowski is a certified mediator in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and previously served on the Middle District’s Lawyers Advisory Committee. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

“Attorney Wendolowski brings with him years of experience in construction, commercial, and employment law,” Fellerman & Ciarimboli Partner Gregory Fellerman said. “We are pleased that he will be leading our newest practice area and keeping with our mission of helping our clients get the justice they deserve.”
